The sacred isn’t far away — it’s all around us. It’s in the trees outside your window, the breath that moves through you, and the quiet hum of life that connects every being. When we pause long enough to notice, we remember that we’ve never truly been separate. We’ve simply forgotten to look.

She holds degrees in literature and journalism from U.S. and Costa Rican universities and has studied indigenous spirituality in many parts of the world. She lives in Costa Rica.
